General Terms of Sales
Article 1 / Duration of stay
The client signatory to this contract, concluded for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises after the rental period.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
For online reservations on the Villa Alecya website, by telephone or email, full payment is made upon reservation by bank card. The bank cards accepted are: Visa, Euro / Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay credit card.
Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the client
Cancellation of a stay must be notified by email. Depending on the date of cancellation of the reservation, the amount of the stay may be invoiced to you:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the arrival date, the customer does not incur any costs and the amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay is due.
- In the event of early departure during the stay: you will be billed for the full amount of the stay.
Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, Villa Alecya has to cancel a customer's reservation, information will be immediately sent to the latter by e-mail. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the amounts he has already paid.
Article 5 / Time of arrival and departure
Your room will be ready to welcome you from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. It must be vacated the day of your departure by 12 noon at the latest. Thank you for informing us of your arrival time the day before or the morning of your arrival so that we ensure that we are available to welcome you.
Article 6 / Prices and tourist tax
Our conditions and prices are non-contractual and subject to change without notice. Our promotional offers cannot be combined with each other. We collect the tourist tax and then donate it to the Trésor Public via the Sainte-Catherine-de-Fierbois Town Hall. The tourist tax amounts to € 0.60 per night and per person (from 18 years old).
Article 7 / Change of rooms
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, we reserve the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a guest room of the same capacity with an equal or higher level of comfort. In this case, the amount of the stay remains unchanged.
Article 8 / Payment of the balance of accommodation
The balance of the stay will be paid at the end of the stay. Payment can be made either by bank card (Visa, Euro / Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay credit card), cash, or Chèques-Vacances.
Article 9 / Capacity and Access
The reservation is established for a determined number of people. If the number of people present is greater than the initial reservation, the amount of the stay will be revised accordingly. If, however, the number of people should be greater than the capacity of the room, additional people will be refused.
When taking the keys, you will be given a badge to access the propertt and a key to access your room: please pay attention to this keychain, any loss (or non-return) will generate additional costs up to 150 € TTC. As compensation, this amount will be added to your invoice upon departure.
Access to the House is strictly reserved for our customers. The customer undertakes not to have the premises visited by external visitors if he has not been expressly authorized to do so. In case of non-compliance with this principle, the reservation may end immediately. The balance of the stay will then be paid in full without any compensation.
Furthermore, we draw the attention of our customers to the fact that the configuration of the premises at Villa Alecya (access staircase on the ground floor, guest rooms located on the upper floors) unfortunately does not allow accessibility to persons with reduced mobility.
Article 10 / Accessibility of services
In the event of force majeure, Villa Alecya cannot guarantee the regularity of water and electricity services whatever the duration of the cuts or malfunction as well as any sudden closure of the site caused by a case of force majeure beyond our control. . Villa Alecya therefore declines all responsibility, beyond its legal responsibility, for any deprivation or reduction of enjoyment not arising from its act. Villa Alecya's responsibility, beyond its legal responsibility, cannot be engaged in the event of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, if the malfunction and repairs were unpredictable.
Article 11 / Pets
We regret that we cannot accept your pets. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the refusal to accept animals, and by force majeure its owners, by Villa Alecya cannot be assimilated to a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of Villa Alecya. So that in case of departure of the client, no refund can be considered and the full amount of the stay must be paid as compensation. We also inform our customers who are sensitive to allergies that we have cats.
Article 12 / "Good manners" and use of the premises
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of all, compliance with a certain number of "good manners" rules is required.
In particular, it is asked not to smoke inside the house. It is nevertheless possible to smoke on the terrace for the rooms that have one. In addition, we provide ashtrays to our smoking customers on the rear terrace of the Villa, which is accessible at all times.
The customer also undertakes to comply with the etiquette instructions which will be indicated to him and these general conditions of sale. It is particularly requested to avoid making noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. out of respect for the other occupants.
The customer agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare and assume financial responsibility for any damage for which they are responsible. This also applies to all the equipment which would be made available to him during the stay.
Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors (authorized from the age of 12) living in the home are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. Villa Alecya will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage and / or injury to property and / or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.
Article 13 / Modification of the conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired as soon as the deposit has been paid.
Article 14 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We undertake not to transmit in any case the information that you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.
